Industrial Gear Oil (PAG Type)

Overview:

Sinopec 4406 Synthetic 680# Heavy-Duty Industrial Gear Oil (PAG Type) is formulated with polyalkylene glycol as a base oil and refined with a variety of additives, including extreme pressure and anti-wear additives. This product is available in grades 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, 680, and 1000, based on kinematic viscosity at 40°C.

◎ Compared to mineral oil-based gear oils, this product improves efficiency, reduces power consumption, reduces wear, and extends service life and oil change intervals, thereby reducing maintenance costs and energy consumption.

Applications:

◎ Suitable for lubrication of various medium- and low-speed, heavy-loaded enclosed industrial gears, as well as sliding and rolling bearings.

◎ Operating Temperature Range: 

-30°C to 150°C for No. 100, 150, 220, and 320 oils

-25°C to 150°C for No. 460, 680, and 1000 oils.

Notes:

◎ When operating at temperatures below 100°C, seals made of nitrile rubber can be used. For continuous high temperatures, fluororubber or silicone rubber seals are recommended.

◎ Epoxy resin or modified phenolic resin coatings are recommended for use with standard industrial paints. The oil level gauge should be made of glass or polyamide.
