Overview:

Sinopec L-DAH Screw Air Compressor Oil 32# (Oil-Injected Rotary Air Compressor Oil) is made from hydrogenated base oil and blended with a variety of ashless additives. It is suitable for lubricating various medium-load oil-injected rotary (screw and vane) air compressors. This product is available in grades 22, 32, 37, and 46 based on kinematic viscosity at 40°C.

Performance Features:

◎Excellent oxidation and thermal stability, extending oil life, reducing sludge formation in the oil tank and drain line, extending filter life, and lowering overall maintenance costs.

◎Excellent oil-water separation reduces oil carryover into downstream equipment, reduces the possibility of oil emulsification, and reduces filter clogging.

◎ Excellent wear resistance reduces wear on rotors, bearings, and gears.

◎ Excellent rust prevention improves component protection and reduces wear and other problems caused by rust.

◎ Under normal operating conditions, the oil drain interval can reach 4,000 hours.

Applications:

◎ Mobile or stationary screw air compressors, or rotary vane air compressors, with discharge pressures up to 15 bar and discharge temperatures between 100°C and 110°C.
