Sinopec HP-R Grease

Overview:

This product is made from refined mineral oil thickened with a complex metal soap and infused with high-efficiency extreme pressure anti-wear agents, rust inhibitors, and antioxidants. It is a high-temperature, long-life grease.

Performance Features:

 Excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties, meeting the requirements for lubricating automotive wheel hub bearings under heavy loads;

 Excellent high-temperature performance and strong high-temperature adhesion, ensuring a good lubricating film;

 Excellent colloidal stability, ensuring a long grease life and extending grease change intervals;

 Excellent water resistance and protective properties;

 Contains no heavy metals, nitrites, or other substances harmful to human health, and does not contribute to new environmental pollution.

Technical Specifications:

 Conforms to the enterprise standard Q/SH PRD0131-2016.

Applications:

 Suitable for lubricating friction areas such as wheel bearings, chassis, motors, and water pumps in vehicles such as cars, large buses, and heavy-duty trucks under harsh conditions such as high speeds and heavy loads.

  Temperature range: 30～180℃.

Prevent water and impurities from entering during storage and transportation. Do not mix with other greases.
