AVIC Hangte L-CKD Heavy-Duty Industrial Enclosed Gear Oil

Overview:

AVIC Hangte L-CKD industrial enclosed gear oil 680#  is blended with high-viscosity index base oils and high-quality multifunctional additives. It forms an extreme pressure film on metal surfaces under boundary lubrication conditions, preventing seizure and reducing wear. It is suitable for use in heavy-duty gear transmission systems operating at higher temperatures. This product is available in grades 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, and 680 according to kinematic viscosity at 40°C.

Applications:

◎ Suitable for enclosed gear transmission systems operating under extremely harsh conditions in industries such as metallurgy, cement, power generation, mining, rubber and plastics, fertilizers, and coal. 

◎Suitable for oil bath or circulating lubrication systems integrating spur gears, helical gears, spiral bevel gears, bearings, etc.

Precautions:

◎ Store away from high temperatures, sources of ignition, and flammable materials.

◎ The storage area should be well ventilated.
